The Cloud & AI team, as the core of engineering productivity, designs and builds cutting-edge, high-performance cloud infrastructure, AI development support environments, and products that significantly enhance the developer experience. By creating a smooth development environment, fostering collaboration, and enabling ideas to be rapidly realized, we technologically support Woven's vision of "Mobility to Love, Safety to Live."
In this position, you will not just manage a product, but shape the experience of thousands of engineers. You will collaborate with diverse members, from the platform development team in Tokyo to software engineering teams worldwide, to solve complex productivity challenges and unlock new value and capabilities in tools and workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders from various departments to deeply understand needs and resolve factors hindering productivity.
- Define and continuously evolve the vision, strategy, and measurable success metrics for the developer platform.
- Prioritize the roadmap in collaboration with key customers and business leaders.
- Inspire engineering teams and create requirements and user stories that lead to execution.
- Continuously analyze usage, gather feedback, and derive insights that influence future releases.
- Act as a conduit for customer voices within the company, clarifying use cases, personas, and opportunity areas.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including leading the entire product lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile, cloud-native, and modern engineering methodologies.
- Technical understanding of fundamental software engineering concepts, or experience managing platform products.
- Experience communicating in a multicultural environment (experience collaborating with Japanese customers/teams is a plus).
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of tools, workflows, and best practices in automotive software development.
- Experience with B2B or enterprise internal products.
- Knowledge and experience in User-Centered Design (UCD) or UX.
- Japanese communication skills.

💰 Compensation and Benefits 💰
- Industry-standard salary commensurate with experience.
- Working Hours: Flexible working hours.
- Annual Paid Leave: 20 days per year (pro-rated based on start month for the first year).
